Sanjay Kulkarni, Director, hails from Tirhe village in North Solapur Taluka, where his family's traditional occupation has been agriculture. Currently based in Solapur, he is widely recognized as a respected and distinguished personality in the region. His friendly nature, excellent communication skills, strong educational background, and extensive business experience have earned him a reputation for trust, professionalism, and leadership.
Sagar Rajkumar Shah
Director & Partner
Sagar Shah, Director, hails from Pimpalner village in Madha Taluka and currently resides in Solapur. Alongside his contributions to the real estate sector, he is actively involved in social initiatives through Vaibhavi Social Foundation and the Bharatiya Jain Sanghatana (BJS). He also plays a significant role in various religious and community welfare activities, reflecting his strong commitment to social responsibility and public service.
